Training Course on Transformational Coaching for Leaders
On the 30th September and 1st October 2020, EuroCham Cambodia hosted a 2-day Training Course on "Transformational Coaching for Leaders" at the Factory Phnom Penh.
In a highly interactive course, participants were taught the "coaching mindset", and how to build coaching into their personal and professional lives. These skills have been proven to lead to greater self-satisfaction for individuals, and to improved team performance when employed by leaders.
Participants were taught how to have meaningful coaching conversations, asking "powerful questions" that build resonance. Participants were left with a greater understanding of themselves, as well as how to break down barriers with colleagues to understand them on a deeper level - forming "powerful relationships".
