Meeting with Director of Legislation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries

On 4 September 2020, EuroCham was given the opportunity to meet with Mr. PHOM Ra, Director of Legislation Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to discuss the registration and import of disinfection products (Hand Sanitizers and Wet Wipes). During the meeting, Mr. PHOM Ra provided us with the relevant laws and regulations detailing the import of agricultural inputs. In addition, EuroCham took the floor to inform the Director of Legislation that our members stand ready to follow the Ministry’s guidelines on the import of disinfection products. EuroCham expressed its appreciation for receiving this information from Mr. PHOM Ra and his colleagues.
