Breakfast Talk on Cross-Cultural Management
On 29 January at Palace Gate Hotel & Resort, EuroCham Cambodia hosted a breakfast talk on Cross-cultural Management. Our speaker spoke about knowledge management and critical aspects that help managers to successfully manage a multicultural team with an optimal outcome for their organization. Likewise, our participants were very interactive with our guest speaker, which made the discussion more dynamic and vibrant.
