Workshop on Deal Making and Dispute Resolution in Commercial Transactions
On 18 November at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, EuroCham, in collaboration with the National Commercial Arbitration Centre of Cambodia and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, hosted a workshop on deal making and dispute resolution in commercial transactions .
This workshop featured panels of national and international experts who discussed about deal making with foreign partners, common challenges in M&A deals and dispute resolutions for cross-border transactions. Each session was followed by Q&A with the audience.
