Event Recap: Tax Forum 2019
On 21 November 2019, at The Great Duke Hotel Phnom Penh, EuroCham hosted the new edition of its Tax Forum. The largest event of the year, this 4th edition gathered once again more than 500 participants!
On this occasion, leading tax professionals and high-level officials from the General Department of Taxation (GDT) discussed recent changes in Cambodia’s Tax Regulations as well as practices and challenges related to tax compliance, especially how to address the gap between compliant and non compliant businesses. The forum was once again presided over by H.E Mr. Kong Vibol, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director-General of the General Department of Taxation.
