Event Recap: Siem Reap Tax Forum 2019
On 7 June 2019, at Sokha Angkor Resort Siem Reap, EuroCham hosted the 2nd edition of our Siem Reap Tax Forum. This forum brought together the leading tax professionals in the country as well as high-level officials from the General Department of Taxation (GDT) to discuss Cambodia’s tax regulations and compliance issues, paying special attention to Siem Reap taxpayers. The forum was presided over by H.E Mr. Kong Vibol, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director-General of the General Department of Taxation. There were various panel discussions led by some of the most experienced professionals and each panel was followed by a Q&A session allowing the audience to directly engage with all speakers.
