PRAKAS 107 ON SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL DECLARATION VIA ONLINE SYSTEM
Prakas on Submission of Annual Declaration via Online System: The Ministry of Commerce issued a Prakas 107, dated 04 April 2017, required all businesses to file their Annual Declaration of Commercial Enterprise (ADCE) via online system: www.businessregistration.moc.gov.kh.
The system will be opened for submission on December each year and followed by a three-month deadline. Failing to submit the declaration within the deadline will result in 1,000,000 riels fine.
This new Prakas prevails the previous Prakas 104, date 07 April 2008, on 07 April 2008
