Prakas 904 on Tax Incentive for Educational Establishments from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, dated 08 August 2016: The purpose of the Prakas is to provide tax incentives to the education sector to support human resource development with high qualification and to reduce parental expenses. In order to provide these incentives, the Prakas provides a mechanism to determine profit tax, withholding tax, and value added tax for educational establishments. |
