(CAMFEBA) Prakas 352 on Using Labour Centralized Management System by Online System

This Prakas has six articles and aims to manage the employment of foreign labor in Cambodia by online system. Regarding to this Prakas, there are some main points to draw attention to:

1. Investor, company, factory, enterprise/establishment which employ the foreign workers shall be completed the form of quota request for foreign labor and work permit by new online registration (link can be found in Prakas) from September 01st, 2016 onward.

2. The foreigner can use their own health checkup certificate which is still valid and certified from Department of Occupational Health and Safety.
