Notification on Deadline Extension for Business Online Re-registration

Based on Notification No. 1187 dated 31 March 2016, the Ministry of Commerce (MoC) has extended the deadline for business online re-registration to June 30th, 2016.
Any companies, enterprises, branches, representative offices, subsidiary companies or agents who had registered their businesses before 4 January 2016 are required to re-register online through http://www.businessregistration.moc.gov.kh/ in order to avoid any loss of rights and business obligations under the commerce law.
