Cambodia Property Awards 2016 Winners Revealed
After six months of nomination and judging process, the winners of the first ever Cambodia Property Awards are finally revealed on February 25th at the gala dinner and awards ceremony at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.
The real estate company who won the most of the awards of the night was Borey Penghout group,having won 5 awards including Special Recognition in CSR Award. While Embassy Residences took home the Best Condo Development for Central Phnom Penh Award, Bodaiju Residences took another for the Greater Phnom Penh area. In total, thirteen awards were given to the best developers and developments in Cambodia with the stamp of approval from the Asia Property Awards.
The awards ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Pen Sophal, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Land Management, Urbanisation and Construction, representative of H.E. Senior Minister Im Chhun Lim and around 300 leading figures in real estate industry.EuroCham Board Member and Real Estate & Construction Committee Chairman, Mr. André de Jong also attended the gala dinner as the representative of EuroCham and took part in announcing the winners.
A few months before the awards ceremony, EuroCham Executive Director, Ratana Phurik-Callebaut was invited to join the judging panel which was chaired by Simon Griffiths, CBRE Cambodia, EuroCham member.EuroCham was among the two business associations that officially supported Cambodia Property Awards 2016.
