This afternoon, EuroCham and the EU-ASEAN Business Council (EU-ABC) met with His Excellency Dr Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications (MoPTC) as part of the EU-ABC Trade and Investment Virtual Mission Trip with the Royal Government institutions.
We discussed the ongoing reforms by the Royal Government in the management of the post, telecommunications and ICT sectors in Cambodia and the development of a reliable and secure IT infrastructure nationwide. Our representatives also touched upon the Ministry's engagement in postal reforms, development of digital skills, e-commerce, the regulatory environment for cloud systems, free movement of data, and many other topics.
