BACKGROUND
KOW Lifestyle was founded in October 2015 in Siem Reap. They started developing and making crochet wool slippers and exporting to Europe. Growing over the years, They registered a company in the Netherlands in 2017 to handle imports into Europe. In 2019 espadrilles (summer footwear) were introduced into the collection. In 2020 the company expanded into the US with a stock location in Los Angeles for the North American market. Although export is the main focus, local sales have grown in Cambodia from the workshop in Siem Reap and through consignments. All products are handmade and ethical and responsible manufacturing, as well as sustainability, have been leading principles in the business since the onset.
