ACTIVITIES
Raintree is Cambodia’s first creative office development designed for fast-growing organisations with a fresh approach to workspace. Situated in the heart of Phnom Penh’s central business and banking district, the project offers flexible office space, complementary retail, and a loft event space with rooftop terrace. Office space includes units that can be combined starting from 50 to 900 square metres, available for short or long-term rental.
BACKGROUND
Raintree challenges the traditional office block architecture with a green exterior incorporating clean lines and understated elegance. Building a diverse professional community with shared values of collaboration and connectivity that fosters productivity and innovation while demonstrating a truly functional and considered development. The project aspires to serve a dynamic community, supporting local entrepreneurs, creatives and professionals alike through its events and training program, knowledge research commissions and private-public partnerships.
