Through its different subsidiaries, RMA Cambodia exclusively represents and manages prestigious, world-class brands such as Ford Motor Company, Jaguar and Land Rover, Piaggio JCB, John Deere, JLG, Hako, PowerBoss, Minuteman, TCM, Megger SebaKMT, John Deere, AVIS, The Pizza Company, Swensen’s, Dairy Queen, Krispy Kreme, Bar B Q Plaza and The Coffee Club. RMA Cambodia is present throughout the country with branches in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, Battambang, Takeo and Kompong Thom.

Mr. Ngorn Saing
CEO / Country Manager
Mr. Ngorn Saing is the CEO of RMA (Cambodia) PLC. He holds this position since 1st December, 2014.
Mr. Ngorn Saing joined RMA Cambodia as an intern in 1996 and progressed rapidly through the organization thereafter, holding senior positions in accounting and finance. Saing was appointed Deputy Country Manager and CFO of RMA Cambodia in 2007. In this role, Saing has helped significantly grow the business and supported the diversification of the business from a primarily Automotive and Power Generation business, into a diversified business serving the needs of customers in Cambodia. Saing is a graduate of the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penn, with a degree in Economics, is qualified with an MBA in International Business, from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, and was the first Cambodian National to attend the Harvard Business School General Management Program.

Mr. Voeung Seng
General Manager of Ford Division
Seng Voeungis a General Manager for Automotive Division of RMA Cambodia Co., ltd. He is the co-founder with Mr. Michael Freeman in taking an initiative and commitment for brining Ford Vehicles into Cambodia Market. In this role, he plans and executes all Sales & Marketing Operation, and strategic management in Cambodia and making Ford Cambodia as a leading brand in Cambodia Automotive Market.
Voeung worked for RMA-Ford Cambodia over 18 years since 2000. Before joining Ford Cambodia, he had been holding several senior positions as Marketing Expert, Consultant, and other senior management position with Local and International Organization.
Voeung holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the field of International Business (IB) in Asia Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand.

Mr. Michael Turner Berg
Business Development Manager
Michael Berg joined RMA Cambodia as the Operations Manager for the Special Products Division in May 2017. He is responsible for a number of subdivisions and brands, as well as incubating new products. He is in charge of the Material & Handling Division (with JLG aerial/boom lifts from the U.S., TCM Forklifts from Japan, and MS Pallets and Stake racking from Malaysia); Cleaning Equipment (Powerboss and Minuteman from the U.S. and Hako from Germany); and Electrical Testing Equipment (Megger Group from Germany and the U.S.). Mr. Berg has extensive experience in supporting senior leaders in business and the U.S. government while managing several projects, including supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)’s Asia/Pacific International Affairs Division and the multibillion dollar SM-3 development project. Notably, he received various awards such as MDA Contractor of the Year Nominee; MDA Policy Planning Team Award; and DAU Corporate Recognition Award.
Mr. Berg has an MA in Strategic Security Studies, a BA in International Studies with a Minor in Business Studies and a Concentration in Management, and is a candidate for a Master of International Business Law. He has a distinguished background in international affairs and management, business administration, and law, while providing best-in-class customer service to a broad range of clients. With experience spanning Austria, Armenia, the U.S., and Cambodia, Mr. Berg, a U.S. national, is conversational in French, German, Armenian, and Khmer.
