Job Description

The position combines payroll processing with HR Information Systems (HRIS) management, ensuring data integrity and efficient payroll operations. 

Your assignments will mainly focus on:

  • Manage all Payroll operations such as payroll process, leaves, compensations and benefits;
  • Organize and update all necessary employees’ records into HR System- HCM Employee Self Service (ESS);
  • Ensure full compliance with National Social Security Funds (NSSF) declarations;
  • Operates the MoLVT self-service portal
  • Contribute to social reports preparation and analysis;
  • Administer the corporate benefit programs for the employees;
  • Support the employees’ coordination and communication as needed;
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR policies and procedures
Requirements

If you are/have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field,
  • At least 2 years of HR- Payroll related work experience expected,
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of labor law compliance,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented and quality focus
  • Proven proficiency in spoken and written English and Khmer
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
