Job Description

Fuction Unit: Human Resource and Administration

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Coordinates, negotiates, and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.
  • Conducts interviews up to senior executive levels.
  • Arranges interviews for management levels.
  • Prepares letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Conducts exit interview.
  • Training and development
  • Conducts orientation program to new employees.
  • Coordinates and liaises with all business units within the company to conduct TNA
  • Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.
  • And record the training activities & evaluation results as required
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.
  • Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
  • Organizes corporate events such as company’s staff party, team dinner, etc.
  • HR Administration
  • Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, company doctors’ list, performance appraisal form and training schedules & records.
  • Assists Accountant in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart.
  • May need to draft agreement/contract to overseas and local staffs.
  • Prepare relevant HR and other relevant reports on monthly basis and submit to HRAM on timely manner.
  • HR Management
  • Involves in yearly manpower planning and expansion.
  • Takes charge of HR consultancy projects by appointing HR consultants for specific HR projects and coordinates with department heads and HR consultants on respective projects.
  • Assists in drafting out annual letter and promotion letter.
  • Administers the HR procedures are adhered to.
  • Handles salary/job change yearly forms for employees
  • Manages and appraises subordinates’ performance and their career advancement
  • General Administration
  • Supervise the company fleet to ensure that vehicles are always properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Control all aspects the office safety and security, cleanness and tidiness through proper work assignment, scheduling, and frequent checking to make sure that they are in control.
  • Ensure office facility, area surrounding & company’ properties are secured.
  • Ensure the office supply are well stocked and utilized.
  • Liaise with government and local authority to comply with legal requirements on vehicle registration, roads tax and other legal requirements to minimize the risk of related legal issues.
  • Lead, motivate and supervise drivers, office cleaners and security guards to ensure their high-performance standard and create a harmonious working environment.
  • Work with HR & Admin Manager in planning and organizing various staff function, recreational and sport activities for employee’s enjoyment and company morale.
  • Work with HR & Admin manager on staff disciplinary matters with regards to conducting disciplinary inquiry, termination, suspension, and warning to maintain discipline and order within the company; and
  • Comply the company rule & regulation.

Takes charge of HR consultancy projects by appointing HR consultants for specific HR projects

Perform the role of QE (5S) leader and lead the team in an implementation of the Quality Environment of Work Environment Program through KAIZEN & 5S; and

Perform other related tasks as assigned by HRAM.

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration
  • Preferably over 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR Job
  • Preferably Good writing skills (English)
  • Knowledge of Cambodian Labor law
  • Proficient in HR matter
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
  • Organizational Skill
  • Be able to communicate well with all levels of people
  • Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet  
        datelines
