Reporting to Director of Operation and CEO, General Manager shall oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
To successfully fill in this role, Cambodian- French applicants hold at least bachelor degree in related field, have minimum of five -year experience in the similar role in Food and Beverage sector, and good communication in spoken and written English and Khmer.
