DIGITARM CO. LTD. is a digital start-up company operating in Phnom Penh since 2019. Although newly created, its dedicated Cambodian and international management team have extensive experiences, more than fifteen years, in accompanying clients and partners in Cambodia and abroad in both public and private sectors. The digital economy is triggering a new wave of transformation in the way leaders and organizations do business. However, this rapid adoption of new technologies demands significant cultural change and challenges traditional business models.

  • System, Network & Administration services: such as troubleshooting, maintenance of servers.

Now, we are looking proficient RECRUITMENT MANAGER to join our teams and to work in our office in Phnom Penh, connecting daily with our international partners and customers from Europe, Asia and USA, in a challenging and high technology environment, and in a smiling professional atmosphere.

DUTIES

  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
  • Research and choose job advertising options.
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
Requirements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Have at least a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
  • Have more than three years’ professional experience in managing recruitment.
  • Have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Have knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Have experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
  • Have familiarity with social media and other professional recruitment networks.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Have strong decision-making skills.
  • Is highly proficient in spoken and written English (French speaking is a valuable asset).
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Be great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking.
  • Be able to work independently and handle projects pressure.
  • Have strong commitment toward challenging in a startup company.
  • Love working with in new technologies environment.
