The Board of Directors of EuroCham is pleased to invite you to partake in EuroCham’s 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place on Tuesday, September 20th at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra. Registration opens at 15:00, and the AGM begins at 16:00.

PARTICIPATION

All EuroCham members are invited to participate in the AGM and you are strongly encouraged to do so. You are requested to confirm your attendance as soon as possible, but before Thursday, September 15th at 13:00.

Welcome Remarks
Candidate Speeches
Voting
Presentation of annual activity report, financial report, and budget plans by EuroCham.
Presentation of activity reports by the Founding Chambers and National Chapters.
Announcement of the election result.
The AGM will be followed with a networking celebration.

A complete and detailed agenda will be provided to the registered participants by Friday, September 9th.

BECOME A CANDIDATE

To stand for election as a EuroCham Board Member (7 positions to be re-elected), please fill in this CANDIDATURE FORM. We strongly recommend that you complete this form by Friday, September 5th to allow time for campaigning.

The deadline to submit the candidature form is Friday, September 16th, 2022. Please refer to Chapter VIII of the EuroCham statutes for more information.

Candidate campaigning will begin on Monday, August 29th. Voting and results announcement will take place during the AGM (Tuesday 20th September).

VOTING RIGHTS

Only Ordinary Members who have paid their 2022 membership fees, will have voting rights and be able to stand for election. If your membership payment is outstanding, please contact comm.officer@eurocham-cambodia.org.

PROXIES

If you are unable to attend the AGM, please complete and return this PROXY FORM to project.officer1@eurocham-cambodia.org. Proxy forms must be submitted as soon as possible, but before Friday, September 16th.

Please note that ONLY Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies.
