EuroCham is pleased to invite you to the upcoming workshop on E-Commerce in Cambodia: Legal Compliance and Tax. It's a hybrid event on Monday, June 20th, from 9:00 AM - 11: 30 AM at Raffles Hotel Le Royal and online via Zoom.
In this workshop, our panelists will discuss the main points of e-commerce registration and the associated licenses and permits for individuals/sole proprietorships and non-resident e-commerce providers. There will also be an introduction to Cambodia's VAT and WHT regimes on e-commerce, which will explain the general procedures and how they apply to the non-resident operators.
After the presentation, there will be a Q&A session for participants to ask questions and raise points of concern with our panelists regarding the e-commerce regulatory framework in Cambodia.
