On 26 & 27 February 2022, EuroCham is hosting a 2-day training on "Logistics and Supply Chain Management".

In this training course, you will learn how your supply chain fits into your company and corporate strategies, how to design a supply network specific to your company’s requirement, how to select suppliers, what modes of transport exist and how to choose the one most advantageous to your company.

You will also learn how to apply international concepts of supply chain management to increase efficiency and reduce costs. The INCO Terms 2020 will be explained in detail during the training to enable participants to confidently use them.

Overall, the course will provide a great overview of Supply Chain Management to those new to logistics roles (or seeking to gain greater exposure to them) and will enable those already working in the space to refine and update their knowledge.
