EuroCham is pleased to invite you to the upcoming webinar on "The Newly Enacted Cambodia Competition Law” co-organized by the Consumer Protection Competition and Fraud Repression Directorate-General (“CCF”), EuroCham Cambodia, and DFDL on Monday 6 December 2021 at 3:00 PM via Zoom.

Cambodia’s long-awaited Competition Law was signed into law by the King on 5 October 2021. While the Law has been enacted, the principal regulator, the Cambodia Competition Commission, has not yet been appointed and it is not clear how the Law will be enforced prior to a) such appointment and b) the issuance of required regulatory instruments and decisions.

The new law has raised many notable concerns and questions. In this webinar, the team of experts will go through the main points of the Law, its implementing regulations, and how its practical enforcement is expected to look like.

After the presentation, there will be a Q&A session where you will have a chance to ask your questions and interact with the speakers.
