On 4 & 5 November from 9:00AM till 5:00PM and on 3 December from 9:00AM till 12:00 noon, EuroCham is excited to introduce our new training course on “Leadership for First Line Managers” that will help participants acquired the skill they need as the first line managers.
This training course is specifically designed with first line managers in mind, focusing on core principles and skills that help managers connect strategy to tactics. The learnt skills will help you becoming a leader that inspires and motivates your staff to be their best. Increase your confidence by gaining a stronger understanding of the realities and challenges of being a manager.
The style of this training is interactive with fun and practical application to give you the opportunity to apply leadership skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

Training Course Details
This training course is spread out with one month break for the participants to practice and implement what they have learned.
Participants will start with a full 2-day training course, followed by a one-month break, and on Day 3 (half day), we will organise a follow-up session where participants can ask questions about specific situations from their experience and contribute to peer sharing and reflection in order to consolidate learning and practice for the future.

About the Trainers
She is an energetic and dynamic transformational change agent with 16 years of professional experience in social, behavioural and organisational change in private, public and NGO/civil society sectors. Her focus is on how the strategy, operations and culture within organisations can result in sustained transformation, particularly in fluid and ambiguous contexts.
Certified through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Learning, she specialises in mindset and behavioural change, authentic leadership, interpersonal relationships, and effectiveness. She holds a Master of International Law and a combined Bachelor of Communications in Social Inquiry and in International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney. She has completed Executive Education in Leading Successful Change at INSEAD. Currently, she is undertaking postgraduate studies in Organisational Coaching and Learning at Charles Sturt University.
