Are you an entrepreneurial support organization (ESO)? Are you interested in hearing about human resource (HR) challenges and skill gaps in Cambodia’s workforce, as well as suggestions on how to overcome the challenges? Then this is the event for you!!
Swisscontact, Khmer Enterprise and EuroCham are working together to “Give a Day”, to promote Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. We aim to foster meaningful and long-standing peer learning, voluntary exchanges and collaboration among the system’s actors.
The upcoming Meeting 2 will focus on HR Issues and the Skills Gap.
Joining us will be Ms Melanie Mossard, Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at entrepreneur support organization Impact Hub Phnom Penh, and Mr Joseph Telfer, Managing Partner at data analytics firm Mekong Big Data. Melanie and Joseph will provide their views on current HR challenges and skills gap in the country. Their presentations will be a starting point for an ensuing, participant-focused facilitated discussion on how best ESOs can overcome these challenges.
ESOs are invited to join to learn more about current HR and skills issues, network with their peers and bring home valuable takeaways to their problems.
