Mr. Michel CASSAGNES, Managing Director at Archetype Cambodia, Country Representative of CTBUH, and Chairman of the EuroCham Real Estate & Construction Committee
Michel Cassagnes, Architect & Managing Director of Archetype Cambodia & Laos, has more than 20 years’ experience in several countries: Portugal, France, Australia, China, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. He has practiced architecture and urban design while conducting multi-disciplinary design teams. Michel has worked on a wide range of projects from shopping centers in China and Vietnam to hotels & resorts in Vietnam, Laos and Australia to residential and commercial buildings in Cambodia. His design team won the BCI 2015 Green Leadership award for the Laurelton Diamonds Project in Phnom Penh.
Michel is actively involved in the construction industry in Cambodia through various Eurocham committees -- Real Estate & Construction and Green Biz -- with a specific focus on green buildings. He was also a judge at last year’s Asia Property Awards.
Dr. Simon VANCLIFF - MRICS, Vice-chairman of EuroCham Real Estate & Construction Committee and CEO at WB Sport Village
Simon Vancliff permanently moved to South East Asia in 2003 and is the Vice Chairman for Real Estate of the EuroCham’s Real Estate & Construction Committee in Cambodia. Simon is a MRICS Registered Valuer and MRICS for Commercial Property. He has more than 16 years of experience in managing the full lifecycle of projects throughout the region. Simon’s projects consist of single tower to sizeable projects of several thousand hectares smart cities. In 2017, he received a medal of recognition from the Prime Minister of Cambodia for his efforts in development and implementation of large infrastructure projects that expanded Southern Phnom Penh’s access to surrounding provinces and regions.
Mr. James HODGE - MRICS, Managing Director at CBRE Cambodia
James Hodge joined CBRE Cambodia in 2016 prior to which he studied and worked in commercial and residential real estate in the UK. He has a specialist real estate degree from the University of Reading and since joining CBRE, James has gained wide-ranging experience across several service lines. Now as Managing Director, he oversees the company’s day to day operations, leads business development, client relationship management and provides advice for international investors. In addition, James works closely with all CBRE Cambodia’s teams in order to promote the delivery of high-quality, client-centric outcomes.
James is responsible for leading investment projects and major sole agency instructions, as well as for delivering complex tenant representation services, major consultancy, valuation, and strategic advisory pieces for international and domestic clients. In addition, James’ role includes engaging with the press and delivering presentations to the public, ensuring compliance with international standards, and developing team members to reach their full potential.
James is a member of the RICS.
Mr. Lawrence LENNON - MRICS, Associate Director, Professional Services at CBRE Cambodia
Lawrence Lennon joined CBRE Cambodia in 2021 prior to which he worked in the real estate sector in the UK, Mongolia, Myanmar and Vietnam. Lawrence holds the position of Associate Director overseeing the Professional Service Teams. In addition, Lawrence has a specialist real estate MSc from Liverpool John Moores University in the UK and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Lawrence is responsible for leading major consultancy and valuation projects for both Cambodian and international organisations. Lawrence’s role also includes engaging with the press and delivering presentations.
Ms. CHIN Daluch - AssocRICS, Senior Surveyor, Valuation & Advisory Services, CBRE Cambodia
Daluch Chin joined CBRE Cambodia Valuation & Advisory Services team in 2018, after obtaining a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, US. Daluch has experience undertaking valuations for a range of properties including land, residential properties, commercial buildings, industrial properties in Cambodia and Laos for secured financing, financial reporting, transaction, taxation and joint venture purposes.
Daluch is an associate member of the RICS and is pursuing a master’s degree in real estate at the University College of Estate Management, UK.
Mr. Bill Jones, Project Director, Turner & Townsend, Singapore
Bill Jones has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1986. He is currently a Project Director with Turner & Townsend in Singapore where he has resided since 2005. He was the RICS Regional Director for SE Asia from 2011 to 2016 and is currently a Global Trustee of RICS, as a member of its Governing Council.
