Members of the Intellectual Property Practice of Kelvin Chia Partnership in Singapore and its various offices in Myanmar, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam will be sharing their experiences and insights on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, particularly trademarks and service marks, as well as the relevant legal and regulatory developments that have taken place in these various jurisdictions.   Particular attention will be given to strategies and approaches that may be adopted by business owners in protecting intellectual property across these countries and regions, and how an integrative approach is both possible and ideal from regulatory, monitoring and cost-benefit standpoint.
