EuroCham Cambodia is pleased to launch its 2-Day Training Course on "Transformational Coaching for Leaders" at the FACTORY Phnom Penh. The course will be held from Wednesday 30th September to Thursday 1st October.

According to Google, “Being A Good Coach” was the number 1 trait that marked out their best managers. Understanding how to coach your team to success in a constructive manner can dramatically enhance your leadership skills, as well as benefit your own personal life.

In this training course, you will learn the fundamental concepts and skills of coaching in management. Focusing on experiential learning, participants will have the opportunity to practice and receive feedback on their newly acquired coaching skills.

By the end of the course, you will have a clear idea about what coaching is, how coaching could fit into your leadership style, and how it can help boost your own, and your team members performance. You’ll learn how to have coaching conversations on any topic, using skills based on scientific and practical research.

This Training Course has limited seats, and enrolment is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Advance payment is recommended to reserve your spot.
