We are pleased to invite you to EuroCham's 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 24 March at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra. This year, the AGM will start directly at 11:00am. The activity and financial reports will be followed by the election of the new Board of Directors for the mandate 2020-2022.
Participation
Each member is entitled to one complimentary ticket. Additional representatives are welcome at the following rates: member $35, non-member $45.
Board Election
In order to stand for election to become a Board Member, please fill in the CANDIDATURE FORM. The candidature form should be sent to the EuroCham office by email to Ms. Lyze Bentoto, EuroCham Members & Chapters Manager: project.manager@eurocham-cambodia.org.
The deadline to submit the candidature form is Thursday 19th March, 2020.
Voting rights
Only Ordinary Members, who have paid their 2020 membership fees, will have voting rights and be able to stand for election.
Please be aware that BritCham Members who have not applied for EuroCham Direct Membership are not entitled to vote.
Proxies
If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, the attached PROXY FORM should be filled and sent to the EuroCham office by email to k.kay@eurocham-cambodia.org. The proxy forms have to be submitted before the vote.
Please note that ONLY Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies. Each member can hold a maximum of 3 proxies.
You will find detailed information on the Voting/Election Procedures in the EuroCham Statutes under CHAPTER VII: GENERAL MEETINGS.
Note: for the AGM to be valid, a quorum of 50 percent plus 1 of all Ordinary members must be reached.
