Using her 15 years of experience, Kerry focusses on accelerating the growth of individuals and organisations from start-ups to global clients (including Coca-Cola, Lego, Lindt, Cathay Pacific, Sony Pictures & MasterCard). Her areas of expertise include business & marketing strategy, people development, organisational design and operational efficiency.  

During her 8 years as a qualified Leadership Coach (Institute of Executive Leadership, Australia), Kerry has repeatedly seen the power of embedding coaching into organisations as a means to facilitate change for the future.

Joey Ra: Co-Active Coach

Joey Ra is Cambodia’s only Co-Active coach, specialising in in executive and transformational coaching. Having left behind a successful career in consulting and financial services, Joey now works to transform relationships and workplaces by helping people ‘show up’ intentionally with depth.

Underlying his work is the belief that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Through a coaching relationship with Joey, clients grow in their awareness of this fact and learn to own their impact in the world.

Joey is trained with Co-Active Training Institute, the world’s first coach training school and one of the most innovative leadership training organisations in the world. Prior to setting up his coaching practice, Joey worked for many years in HR and executive pay for Deloitte, Prudential and Nomura and other multinational companies in the UK.
