Moderator - Mr. Christopher ANTHONY, Corporate Director of People & Development, Dara Hotels
Mr. Christopher ANTHONY has about 35 years’ of experience in Human Resources, Training and Coaching and Organizational Development . He spent a great deal of time working as Area Director of Human Resources and Training for luxury resorts in Maldives and as Corporate Director of Learning & Development in Thailand. He is currently employed in a position of Corporate Director of People & Development with DARA Group of Hotels, an acclaimed hospitality group based in Cambodia.
Chris facilitates training workshops for Senior and Middle Managers and Supervisory Staff and has run workshops for corporations in countries like China, Brunei, Cambodia, Guam, Egypt, Malaysia, Maldives, Middle East and Singapore.
He is a Certified Coach and Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming ( NLP- 2015 ). He is also an Advanced Certificate Training Assessment (ACTA ) Singapore Trainer and as well as a certified National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) trainer.

Mr. Yok Settha joined Thalias Hospitality Group as HR Director in 2015 and was elected as Chairman of Eurocham HR committee in 2019. He has an extensive experience in training and human resources in higher education, banking and hospitality industry. In 2011, he worked in Human Resources & Training at Vattanac Bank and moved to Hospitality Industry in 2013 which he was appointed as HR Manager of Thansur Bokor Highland Resort.
After graduation with MBA from the French-Vietnamese Center for Management Education in 2004, he had worked for 7 years in the private higher education institutions as Lecturer, Head of Academic Affairs and External Assessor of higher education institutions, trained by Asia-Pacific Quality Network-APQN.

As Chair of the EuroCham ICT Committee in Cambodia, he consults with the Royal Government of Cambodia on eCommerce and technology legislation; and he has lectured on digital strategy at UC Berkeley, NYU, Princeton University, and the National University of Singapore.
Chris holds a BA from Columbia University in New York City, including post-graduate studies in anthropology and learning theory.
