Moderator - Mr. Christopher McCarthy, Chairman of EuroCham ICT Committee & CEO at MangoTango Asia
Christopher McCarthy is CEO of MangoTango Asia, a growth agency that uses creativity and digital technology to make experiences that drive change and build value.
Chris has been working in Southeast Asia since 2012, helping companies with digital transformation and creative technology solutions for media and marketing. He has held leadership roles for digital strategy at Ogilvy, Omnicom digital groups, and leading ad tech firms.
As Chair of the EuroCham ICT Committee in Cambodia, he consults with the Royal Government of Cambodia on eCommerce and technology legislation; and he has lectured on digital strategy at UC Berkeley, NYU, Princeton University, and the National University of Singapore.
Chris holds a BA from Columbia University in New York City, including post-graduate studies in anthropology and learning theory.
Mr. Matthew Tippetts, CEO and Co-Founder of Clik Payment
Matthew is an experienced global entrepreneur, TMT investment banker, hedge fund analyst and advisor, with extensive knowledge in both developed and emerging markets, especially in Myanmar and Cambodia where he has resided for the past eight years. His 18 years of experience spans across a myriad of industries, including telecommunications, media, mobile payments, retail, real estate, and agriculture.
He is a Magna Cum Laude alumni of Babson College in the USA, with a Major in Entrepreneurship and Investments, and graduated with an MBA from INSEAD in 2004.
As the CEO of Clik, Matthew aims to provide businesses with consumer insights beyond what is available online. By bridging the gap between merchants and their customers, Clik enables them to create a personalized consumer experience and simultaneously providing a seamless payment platform.
Mr. Zokhir Rasulov, Chief Digital Officer at ABA Bank
Graduated from Tashkent Polytechnic University (degree on Production Management) in 1999, started his career in IR Department of State Property Committee (SPC).
In 2005-2007, worked at the World Bank project called “SMEs development through the use of IT technologies” as a Project Manager (Uzbekistan). Upon successful completion of the project, in 2007 joined Visor Holding representative office in Tashkent as Business analyst.
Banking industry experience starts in 2008 after joining the team of Credit-Standard Bank, Tashkent, as Chief Marketing Officer.Afterwards was invited to join the ABA Bank team in April 2012 as Chief Marketing Officer. In June 2016, Zokhir headed Digital Transformation process of the Bank.
Mr. Rodolphe RICHARD, CEO and Founder at WENDGO
Rodolphe is a veteran in digital and customer relationship management industry and served a Sales & Business unit Director in leading consulting firms and software vendors ( SalesForce,com, IBM, Acatel..). He supported numerous Fortune 500 companies in their Digital Transformation Strategy.
He is graduated from Northumbria University, Newcastle and IDRAC business school with a major in Finance.
Rodolphe founded WENDGO in 2017, a fast growing digital service provider that improves operational efficiency of Retail, Shopping Mall and F&B professionals. With a comprehensive portfolio of solutions including Cloud POS and Online ordering, Wifi Marketing and Smart Devices.
Mr. KY Soklay, Head of Payment Systems Support Division of Information Technology at the National Bank of Cambodia
His primary duties involve research, policy support, operation supervising, payment and settlement systems project, and
technology infrastructure governance. Having joined the central bank since 2007, he led technical areas and coordinated in major system infrastructure development, namely Cambodian Shared Switch (2017), Fast Payment and project coordinator to Centralized National Payment and Settlement Systems project (2012). He is currently engaging in market infrastructure projects: Enhancement of the National Payment Systems, RTGS and Bakong Project.
Soklay has a Master degree in Information Management from Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand), MSc in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University (India), and BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Royal University of Phnom Penh (Cambodia). He participated various domestic and international training courses and seminars in payment and settlement, fintech, banking supervision, payment oversight, e-commerce, and innovative technologies such as AI, blockchain, big data and cloud.
