On 21 March, EuroCham is hosting an exclusive Breakfast Talk on "Food Safety" where we are bringing together a panel of experts form the F&B industry to address the above issues, and many more (See list of speakers below).

The event will start with a key note presentation by Ms. Sreng NavinHead at Laboratory of Environment & Food Safety of Institut Pasteur du Cambodge who will define what food safety is, share the results of Pasteur tests, and provide recommendations as well. This will be followed by a panel discussion with our distinguished experts who will talk about the importance of food safety for consumers and F&B businesses, provide expert advice to local F&B operations that are facing food safety issues as well, and other critical Food Safety issues.

So if you are a consumer concerned about the safe food you eat, or an F&B business wanting to build your Food Safety credentials, make sure to attend this event. At the end of the panel discussion, attendees will also have the chance to engage with the experts via our interactive Q&A session. So make sure to come with your key questions. 

We will be serving a breakfast buffet and endless coffee before the event, to get you started for the day as well.

Ms. Navin Sreng is a pharmacist doctor who has finished her Doctoral Degree on Biology - Nutrition in Paul Sabatier University - TOULOUSE III, France, from 2013 to 2016. Her job involves assisting all food operators to detect, control and prevent foodborne from farm to table and to provide quality and healthy foods.

 

Mr. Guillaume Simon, COO Eric Kayser

Mr. Guillaume Simon is an accomplished Project and Production Food & Beverages Management Professional with extensive experience managing project teams in all phases of Food & Beverages and Hospitality Management, as well as in infrastructure implementations. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Eric Kayser.

Mr. Romain Grosjean is the managing director of Jebsen & Jessen Cambodia and vice chairman of our agri-business committee. He has been working in Cambodia for the past 6 years, developing agricultural inputs (fertilizers, crop protection products and animal feed ingredients and additives) distribution networks for Jebsen & Jessen Cambodia. Jebsen & Jessen is a diversified enterprise with businesses spanning distribution, engineering & manufacturing acros South-East Asia in 7 core business units: Cable Technology, Ingredients, Life Sciences, Material Handling, Offshore, Packaging and Technology.

Romain is a French national and holds a Master’s degree in International Business from ESCP Europe in Paris, France.
