Borapyn Py - Tax Country Associate Director

Borapyn is Tax Country Associate Director for the Cambodian Tax Practice Group. He has more than ten years’ experience as a tax adviser in Cambodia and Thailand, including work in tax advisory, tax compliance and transfer pricing at “Big Four” accounting firms. Borapyn specializes in corporate taxes, expatriate taxes, tax audits and disputes. He speaks Khmer and English.

Vansok Khem - Senior Consultant; Deputy-Head of Corporate and Commercial Practice Group 

Khem Vansok is a senior consultant attached to our Corporate and Commercial Practice Group in Phnom Penh. She has more than five years of work experience practicing labour law and labor dispute resolution, corporate law, contract and commercial law. Her areas of practice also cover transactional deals including international finance and merger & acquisition. She has experience in advising numerous key players from the Hospitality and Tourism industry, such as international luxury hotels chains, airport catering business, tour operation and foreign investors wishing to enter the Cambodian Hospitality market. She holds Master of Laws specializing in Labour Law from Kobe University, Japan, and Master of Laws majoring in International Financial Law from University College London, United Kingdom.
