EuroCham's
 Breakfast Talk focused on the Credit Bureau Cambodia, which is the leading provider of financial information, analytical tools and credit reporting services to banks, microfinance institutions, leasing companies, credit operators and consumers in the Kingdom of Cambodia. 

CBC is an agency, regulated by the National Bank of Cambodia, that collectively gathers, and shares credit information with lenders, creditors, and consumer.
The event took place on Wednesday, June 22nd at Comme à la Maison.

The presentation focused on the following topics:

  • Presentation of the role of the Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) in the financial industry and the benefit for the Country
  • Explanation of a Credit Report and how it impacts consumers
  • How the CBC is going to further support the financial industry with Commercial Report (Registered business)
  • What benefit could the private industry gain from available Commercial Report
About the speaker

Pascal is an innovative and customer oriented business leader who is perceived as visionary and strategic. He has broad business acumen mainly acquired in financial services (bank and insurance), consulting and IT. He has also been recognized by LinkedIn as a Top100 Social Sellers Leader. As such, he is regularly invited for public speaking opportunities to share his expertise, and had the honor to speak at a TEDX conference.
Prior to joining CBC, Pascal was Deputy Country President of Schneider Electric Singapore, in charge of 1,200 employees - the youngest talented leader in the executive management team.
In his early career he started as a Fintech entrepreneur, and had since then broaden his horizon into various industries and roles in general management, sales, marketing and IT. His 15 years experience spans America, Europe and Asia-Pacific where he have worked for global and reputable organizations, in advising and driving business growth for Fortune 500 companies across diverse sectors.
Pascal graduated from EDHEC Business School with a Master's degree in Management. He has lived in France, Australia, Singapore and now Cambodia. Married with 1 daughter, he speaks French, English and Khmer. He likes to spend his free time with his family, traveling, playing sports, and is a Tae Kwon Do practitioner.
