You are warmly invited to attend our one-day workshop on “Business Process Improvement”. This workshop will be held on 06 May 2016 at Intercontinental Hotel from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm inclusive of tea break and lunch. There are limited seat available; hence, confirmation will be accepted on first come first serve basis.

Course Objectives

Participants will be introduced to common business process improvement tools and techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, Capability Maturity Model Integration, etc.) as well as case studies related to business process improvement. Participants will also be provided with workshop exercises to reinforce their understanding of business process improvement.

The key takeaway from this course is to equip the participants with basic knowledge in business process improvement that would enable them to initiate business process improvement activities within their organizations as well as for their clients.

Trainer's Profile

Larry Eden Gomez is a Senior Manager with the Enterprise Risk Service practice of Deloitte. His key area of expertise is in strategy and operations, with a focus on business process improvement, shared services implementation, development of SOP and business blueprint. With this experience, he has been able to successfully assist clients in implementing finance delivery models as well as improved finance business processes for clients in the region. Prior to joining Deloitte, he was a senior consultant with a Big Four firm, with a focus on the government sector and government link portfolios. The projects include shared services implementation, nationwide budgeting system implementation and revenue generation improvements.

Participants must complete the attached registration form together with payment. Upon receipt of the registration, the fee will be a debt due to KICPAA. KICPAA reserves the right to change the venue, date, speakers, and programme or cancel the programme should avoidable circumstances arise. A full refund of fees will be made in the event of cancellation.
