This two-day interactive workshop is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of HR management, leading change and managing change, and engaging people.

The training will be conducted in English.
This training includes a significant component of practical learning and sharing. Participants will be asked to select a change initiative they currently lead at work- and apply the theoretical concepts covered in class.

Throughout his career, he has developed broad industry experience ranging from finance and technology to heavy industrial environments. Specializing in coaching and consulting, he focuses on core HR cycles, including goal planning, performance management, talent development, and compensation planning. His expertise lies in driving tangible operational outcomes through strategic organizational alignment. He is passionate about HR transformation, ensuring businesses achieve their objectives efficiently and effectively.
