EuroCham’s Responsible Business Hub (RBH) Cambodia, supported by GIZ FABRIC Cambodia and TAFTAC to launch "Sustainability Recommendations on Sustainablity Reporting in Cambodia's Garment, Textile, and Footwear (GFT) Sector" on 31 October, at Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh, from 8:30am to 12pm.
The first edition of this series addressed the Prevention of Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH) in the workplace in the GFT sector, the second edition focused on the inclusion of persons with disabilities in garment manufacturing, and the third centered on responsible wage digitalization in garment manufacturing. Building on the success of these Public-Private Dialogue (PPD) events, this PPD is on Sustainability Reporting for the Cambodian GFT Sector (the fifth edition of the SRP) brings together key stakeholders – government, businesses, civil society, and development partners, with the aims to:
✔ Disseminate key findings from the Sustainability Recommendations Papers (SRPs) on sustainablity reporting
✔ Facilitate knowledge exchange by sharing insights and best practices
✔ Foster collaboration between stakeholders to enhance dialogue and cooperation
A panel discussion will provide an opportunity for audience members to ask questions and engage with the experts.
