Customer service- It's at the heart of more jobs than you might think!
EuroCham's Training Academy will host the professional training course on Excellence in Customer Service: Making the Sale on 12-13 September. This 2-day training course will equip you with essential skills for delivering exceptional customer service and learn effective communication techniques and strategies for handling challenging situations.
Take this course to learn how to take advantage of that short window of opportunity you get when you’re dealing with a customer or an external client. It doesn’t matter if you’re outgoing or shy, this course will give you tools and techniques to boost your confidence in customer relations.
Note: This course will be conducted in both Khmer and English and is exclusively open to Cambodian nationals. As a pilot initiative, it focuses on addressing the skills gaps identified in EuroCham's Skills Gap Assessment Report 2024 and is offered at a special discounted rate. Future training sessions will revert back to EuroCham's usual training format and be open to foreign participants as well.
