On 11th and 12th of July, EuroCham’s Training Academy will host a 2-day training course on Practical Project Management!
Project management has become a vital element in the life of organisations. Successful project management involves a variety of skills and techniques. Equipping yourself or your team with project management skills and knowledge can help you deal with challenges that can hinder effective project management, enabling you to complete your projects on time and within budget.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:

About our trainer
With more than 25 years of experience in Canada and abroad, and a decade of dedicated service in Cambodia, our trainer has honed skills in project management, IT portfolios management, business systems solutions, and customer relationship management. His leadership capabilities were highlighted during his tenure as a General Manager and CEO in Cambodia, while his contributions to public administration and tax reform across Africa, the Caribbean, and the Asia Pacific underscore his commitment to driving positive change on a global scale.
With over 15 years devoted to training and coaching, he specialises in training individuals, companies/business sectors, and organisations in today's competitive business landscape, particularly in project management skills.
Academic profile
Our trainer holds two bachelor's degrees in IT and Economic Science from France, as well as an MBA from Canada. He hails from Cambodia and holds dual Canadian and Cambodian nationality, which gives him a multicultural background that enriches his understanding of global business dynamics.
