Martin BRISSON

After almost 4 years as Executive director of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia (CCIFC), Martin Brisson joined EuroCham Cambodia as Deputy Executive Director in December 2022.
From 2015 to 2017, Martin worked as an economic and commercial attaché (VIA) at the French Embassy in Cambodia, in connection with Business France Vietnam. As the only representative of Business France in Cambodia, he successfully accompanied more than thirty companies (SMEs and multinationals) on the Cambodian market with prospecting and market research missions.
Still at the Embassy, where he was also in charge of macroeconomic and sectoral studies for the French Treasury, Martin had the opportunity to produce numerous notes covering a variety of subjects: microfinance, energy, construction, food security, automotive...
Martin holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from Neoma Business School, France, and a master's degree in Marketing and Communication from Toulouse Business School, France.

Stew POST
Senior Communications Officer and Market Analyst

Stew Post manages outreach, communications, and digital strategies for the chamber as well supporting the services team in market research, analysis and business development.
He joined EuroCham Cambodia in 2024 after cutting his teeth in the nation’s media industry reporting for the Southeast Asia Globe and serving as a project editor for Brains Communication. During his time with the firms, he interviewed key stakeholders in the Cambodian government as well leaders from the private sector and civil society organisations, gaining important insights into the Kingdom’s business and governance landscapes.
Raised in Bellingham, Washington in the United States, he attended Western Washington University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology.

Léa GALERNE

Léa recently joined Eurocham in the role of Membership Officer. Her career journey includes two significant work experiences, one within an NGO in South Africa and the other at the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
Léa's holds a master’s degree in international business and Strategy with a specialization in the Asia Pacific region. She further enriched her global perspective through a 6-month exchange program at IIMK in India.

Zandre VAN STRATEN
Services Coordinator

Zandre is the Services Coordinator and has lived and worked in Southeast Asia for the majority his career - with learning and working experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Thailand, Vietnam, and now Cambodia.
As a research and communications professional, he has ample experience with manufacturing federations, solar power projects, sustainable development, disasters and climate change, and UN agencies in the region. He has also co-published articles on ASEAN's economic integration and Covid-19 resilience with regional media outlets.
He earned his bachelor's in International Business at James Cook University in Singapore in 2014, honour's in Communications Management from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and his master's degree in International Relations from Webster University in Bangkok, Thailand.

Joachim DAUTAIS
Advocacy Coordinator

Joachim has been in charge of the Advocacy department within EuroCham Cambodia since January 2023, following a successful first 6-month tenure within the Chamber. His core mission is to coordinate the public-private dialogue between the members of EuroCham and the Royal Government of Cambodia to develop a more business-friendly legal framework. To fulfil this mission, Joachim coordinates the actions of the 12 Advocacy committees of EuroCham. These initiatives include organising events, consultations, and most importantly, the release of the White Book and the Advocacy Compass - an online and interactive version of the White Book to follow up live on all the advocacy progress made by the chamber.
He holds a Master's Degree in International Law from the University of Lille (France), specialising in European Union Law, completed with a thesis on "Challenges and Opportunities of the Future European Directive on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence in the Cambodian Garment, Footwear, and Travel Goods Industry." He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Sciences from the Catholic Institute of Lille (France).
Joachim originates from the Pays de la Loire, France, and La Réunion. He can speak French, Réunion Créole, English, and German, and is in the process of learning the Khmer language.

Dani Renfrew moved to Cambodia in 2016 in search of career development opportunities after completing her MSc in Economic Development and has since held positions at Future Forum and Globe Media Asia.

Massimiliano Tropeano moved to India 20 years ago, successfully heading 3 buying offices for major Italian brands with responsibilities in buying, sourcing, production, quality, merchandising, CSR, etc. passing through hard goods and children care items, including sourcing in markets like Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Moved to Cambodia in 2016 with a major German retail chain, Massimiliano recently joined the EUROCHAM as integrated Expert of GIZ Fabric Project, where he is trying to bridge the gap between private enterprises and development world, bringing them together to a further level of cooperation and sustainability.

Sivheng HOENG
Responsible Business Hub Officer

Sivheng has three years of experience working at the International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC) as a Relationship Officer and Project Coordinator for the Education Working Group Committee, where she interacted frequently with both internal and external stakeholders.
Recently, she joined Eurocham as a Junior Responsible Business Hub Officer (RBH). Her role is to enhance the private sector's capacity to comprehend and get ready for new sustainability requirements and new Human Rights & Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) laws. In addition to aiding the Eurocham and RBH teams with services and administrative chores, she will oversee the planning of events, webinars, and seminars.
