Announcement 338 on The Extension Quota Request of Foreign Labour Employment for 2018

The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT) used to issue the announcement No. 272 កប/ស.ជ.ណ dated 31st August 2017 determined 30th November 2017 as the deadline for Quota request for using foreign labour in each enterprise/establishment in 2018.

Having seen that many enterprises/establishments are late to submit the quota request for 2018, the MoLVT extends the deadline for Quota request until the end of January 2018.

As mentioned above, please the enterprises/establishments who need to use the foreign labour for 2018 urgently prepare the Quota Request for 2018 through the website: www.fwcms.mltv.gov.kh before the end of January 2018. Those who missed to apply for the quota request and illegally employ the foreign labour shall be fined or sanction under chapter 16 of the Labor Law.

The Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training strongly hope that the owners and directors of enterprise/establishment will effectively follow the guideline of this announcement.
