- According to the necessity of the Royal Government

Article One

Article 7 of Sub-decree No. 01 OrNKr.BK dated 06 January 2016 on Establishment of Social Security Scheme on Health Care for Persons Defined by the Provisions of the Labour Law shall be adjusted.

Article 7 (New)

The employers and workers/employees covered by the provisions of the Law on Social Security Schemes for Persons Defined by the Provisions of the Labour Law shall have an obligation to pay contribution on health care to NSSF until 31 December 2017. The obligation to pay contribution on health care as stipulated in the above paragraph shall be borne completely by the employers from 01 January 2018 onwards.

Article Two

Any provision contrary to the regulation of this Sub-decree shall be abrogated.

Article Three

The Minister in charge of the Council of Ministers, Minister of Economy and Finance, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, Minister of Health, Minister of Civil Service, ministers of all ministries, directors of all relevant institutions and Director of National Social Security Fund shall be in charge of implementing this Sub-decree according to their respective roles from the date of signature herein.
