Job Description
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
  • Prepare reporting as needed
  • Establish, promote and maintains business relationships current and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
  • Make telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Coordinate sales effort with Finance, Logistics and Technical Service departments
  • Plan and organize weekly team sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Investment for the territories
  • Supply the management with oral and written reports weekly on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
  • Follow up and handle effectively on purchase orders, outstanding payments
  • Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders within assigned territory

 

 

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration from University
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Sales
  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Approx. 1 week per month of travelling to provinces
  • IT skills (Microsoft)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English and Khmer
  • Willing to work hard and learn new skills related to this job
  • Willing to contribute and help developing/growing the company
