With the rapid growth of our business in Cambodia, we are recruiting a professional Senior Manager, Business Development to join our company as below:

Senior Manager, Business Development Job responsibilities  

  • To look for and attain new potential clients based on market opportunities, and present and attract them to use the virtues of the company and its value added services 
  • To make clients aware of the potential of Cambodia Market & provide them all useful insights about the market 
  • To collect information on the client’s business intentions and make sure that all clients’ are in align with the corporate guidelines To effectively lead the whole process of getting the client on board from discussion to commercialization, to liaise with different stakeholders & give timely inputs to clients. 
  • To conduct regular analysis and reviews to track the market situations, trends, feasibility studies and provide useful information to the VP and respective Business Managers
  • To develop business strategies to maximize opportunities and minimize threats based on analysis
  • To develop the business growth plan and keep all BD database and information up to date
  • To conduct business reviews with client on a regular basis
  • To be a single point of contact for clients within the organization
  • To ensure that DKSH follows the contractual obligation of clients

Leadership responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stake holders both Internal (from DKSH Side) as well as external
  • Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Business Development and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning Honest, good at planning, communication, and problem solving skills
Requirements
  • Medical degree will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
  • Demonstrate strong Business Development and communication skills
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
