Web Developer - Designer

• Meet clients to identify their needs and liaise regularly with them
• Draw up detailed website specifications
• Design sample page layouts including text size and colors
• Design graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs
• If required, register web domain names and organize the hosting of the website
• Code using a variety of software and work with different CMS
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and designs
• Meet relevant legal requirements such as accessibility standards, freedom of information and privacy
• Design websites’ visual imagery and ensure they are in line with clients’ branding policy and requirements
• Proofread content and grammar and making changes where necessary
• Edit content, debug code and re-design web pages when necessary
• Work with other specialists including web developers and graphic designers
• Test websites to ensure they are working
• Train clients’ staff
• Continual professional development to keep up to date with new software developments and research current/new design trends
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related work as needed

• Excellent knowledge of web graphic and interface design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Excellent web programming skills (My SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery) and deep knowledge of responsive CMS (Wordpress, Joomla etc,.)
• Good knowledge about SEO
• Good aesthetic sense
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Team spirit
• Proficient English Reading, Writing and Speaking Skills       
• Mac and Windows literate
