Determine how best to represent a concept visually
Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
Maintain high standards of creative while achieving clients’ goals
Guide and oversee the responsibilities of the graphic design team
Assist the Creative Director in setting up the visual direction and strategy
Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, their industry and services/products
Formulate innovative concepts that support client’s brand, marketing, product, web development or communication goals
Keep up with new creative technologies
At least 3-years of experience in agency and/or design department
Excellent interpersonal skills
Passionate about brands and communication
Able to work with all standard design programs (PS, ID, AI etc.) as well as social media formats
Creative and innovative, ideas oriented, excellent eyes for detail
Good multi-tasking skills
People management skills
Proficient English reading, writing and speaking skills
Excellent Khmer copywriting and typing skills
Proficient graphic design skills: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
