On the 8th of November, EuroCham will be presenting an insightful breakfast talk on regional outlook of Southeast Asia

On this occasion, recognized expert Mr. Hans Vriens will speak about political and policy developments impacting companies that operate in Southeast Asia. The discussion will cover the impact on business of the elections next year in Thailand and Indonesia, as well as what to expect from Malaysia’s not-so-new prime minister.  Regionally, will ASEAN integration and the AEC make progress, and how can companies best leverage these developments for their regional strategies. On the external front, what opportunities and risks will the trade and political confrontation between the U.S. and China open, and how will the EU’s role in Southeast Asia change.

At the conclusion of the presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions to the experts through a Q&A session.
