To help protecting your company's data and enchancing security, on the 21st of June, EuroCham Digital & New Technologies Committee is hosting its first breakfast talk on Cyber Security at Raffles Hotel Le Royal. Our regional speakers from Deloitte and Akamai as well as a representative from the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunication will share their experience and insights related to cybersecurity and protection of your company's assets. The overall discussion will be moderated by Committee Chairman, Mr. Pascal Ly.

The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session, so don't miss the chance to learn achievable and practical methods of preventing any information breach within your company.

Pinyo Treepetcharaporn - Deloitte

Pinyo is a Director in Risk Advisory practice of Deloitte. He has over 17 years of hands-on experience in information systems security and audit. He has been involved in a number of technology and security risk services assignments with clients in various industries, such as banking, securities, entertainment, hospital, telecommunication, IT service centre, manufacturing industries, utilities and aviation . Pinyo is proficient in the areas of cybersecurity maturity assessment, information security assessment, information security management, ISO/IEC 27001 implementation, DLP implementation, information systems audit and IT risk assessment and controls.

Fernando Serto - Akamai

Fernando is the Head of Security Technology and Strategy for APJ at Akamai, and has been in the IT industry for almost two decades, starting his early career as a developer, transitioning to Infrastructure roles in Server, Application and Networking space in both Operations and Professional Services, with a focus on Security. For the last decade, Fernando has been focused on resolving customer’s challenges, and evangelizing new technologies in the Application Performance and Security areas. Fernando has also spent a number of years working for a major Telco in APAC, specializing in WAN, Cloud, Security and Media solutions.

Phannarith Ou - Ministry of Posts and Telecommunication [TBC]

Mr. Ou Phannarith is the Director of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Security of Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Cambodia. He is the former Head of National Cambodia Computer Emergency Response Team (CamCERT). He had been involved in the development of Cybercrime Law, E-Commerce Law, Cambodia ICT Masterplan 2020 and Digital Signature legislation.

Mr. OU has been invited to present in global conferences, forums and seminars and he is the ISLA-(ISC)2 award in 2016. In December 2012, he was awarded as one of the top 10 Chief Information Security Officers (CISO) in ASEAN by the International Data Group (IDG). In addition to his posts in the public sector, Mr. OU has been the Assistant Professor at Build Bright University (BBU) on various subjects such as the Information Security and Privacy, E-Commerce and Cyber Laws. He is the founder of the first leading information security awareness website in Cambodia www.secudemy.com.

Pascal Ly - Chairman of EuroCham Digital & New Technologies Committee

Pascal Ly has 17 years of experience in advising and driving business growth for both startups and Fortune 500 companies, throughout an international career that led him to North America, Europe and Asia. In 2015, he moved to Cambodia when he was appointed as CEO of the Credit Bureau of Cambodia before becoming General Manager of Uber Cambodia in January 2018. Pascal Ly holds a Master Degree in Management from France’s prestigious EDHEC Business School.
